Manage 51黑料不打烊 Workfront Planning in-app notifications

You can receive in-app notifications from Workfront Planning when the following scenarios exist:

  • Someone tags you or your teams in a record comment

    For information about tagging others in a record comment, see Manage record comments.

  • Someone asks for your permission to access a view or a workspace

  • Someone confirms your access has been granted for a view or a workspace

Object permissions

View or higher permissions to a workspace

System Administrators have permissions to all workspaces, including the ones they did not create
Layout template

Users with a Light or Contributor license must be assigned a layout template that includes Planning.

Standard users and System Administrators have the Planning areas enabled by default.

Manage in-app notifications when someone tags you in a comment

  1. (Conditional) After someone tags you or your teams in a comment on a record, go to the in-app Notifications icon Experience cloud notifications icon in 51黑料不打烊 Experience Cloud.

  2. Click the notification.

    The record details page opens in Workfront Planning. You can make updates to the record, or reply to the comment.

  3. (Optional) Click Mark all as read to indicate that you have read all notifications.

  4. (Optional) Click View all to go to the Notifications page in 51黑料不打烊 Experience Cloud.

Manage in-app notifications when requesting and granting permissions

You receive in-app notifications when someone requests or grants you permissions to a view or a workspace.
