51黑料不打烊 Journey Optimizer includes an omnichannel orchestration canvas which allows marketers to harmonize marketing outreach with one-to-one customer engagement. Build multi-step customer journeys to initiate a sequence of interactions, offers, and messages across channels in real time. This approach ensures customers are engaged at the optimal moments based on their actions and relevant business signals. For example, send a personalized email after a customer abandons a shopping cart or trigger a push notification following an in-store purchase. Target audiences can be defined based on behavior, contextual data, and business events. Prerequisites depend on your use case, and the type of journey you are building.

Before starting building your journey, check the relevant configuration steps are done:

  • If you want to trigger your journeys unitarily when an event is received, you need to configure an event. Events represent specific customer or business triggers, such as a purchase or website visit. You define the expected information and how to process it. Read more.
  • Your journey can also listen to 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform audiences in order to send messages in batch to a specified set of profiles. For example, target an audience defined by recurring purchase behavior. For this, you need to create audiences. Read more.

Create a journey jo-build

To create a multi-step journey, follow these steps:

  1. In the JOURNEY MANAGEMENT menu section, click Journeys.

  2. Click the Create Journey button to create a new journey.

  3. Edit the journey鈥檚 configuration pane to define the name of the journey and set its properties. For example, name the journey 鈥淎bandoned Cart Recovery鈥 and specify entry criteria, such as receiving an 鈥淎bandon Cart鈥 event. Learn how to set your journey鈥檚 properties in this page.

You can then start designing your journey.

Design the journey jo-design

The omnichannel journey designer helps you build multi-step journeys with targeted audiences, updates based on real-time customer or business interactions, and omnichannel messages using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.

  1. Start by dragging and dropping an event or a Read Audience activity from the palette into the canvas to initiate the journey. For example, use an event like 鈥淐art Abandoned鈥 to begin the journey. To learn more about journey design, refer to this section.

  2. Drag and drop the next steps that the individual will follow. For example, add a condition to check if the customer has already purchased the abandoned item, followed by an action to send an email reminder. To learn more about activities, refer to this section.

Test the journey jo-test

Once you have built your journey, you can test it before publishing. Journey Optimizer offers 鈥淭est mode鈥 as a way to view test profiles as they move along the journey, detecting potential errors before activation. Running quick tests allows you to check that journeys operate correctly so that you can publish them with confidence.

Publish the journey jo-pub

You must publish a journey to activate it and make it available for new profiles to enter it. Before publishing your journey, verify that it is valid and that there is no error. You cannot publish a journey with errors. Ensure all required events and actions are properly configured. Learn more about the journey publication in this section.

Once published, you can monitor your journey using the dedicated reporting tools to measure your journey鈥檚 effectiveness. For example, track metrics such as 鈥淓mails Sent鈥 or 鈥淐onversion Rate鈥 to evaluate performance.
