Buying Groups Overview dashboard

The Overview dashboard for buying groups is designed for the B2B Sales handoff process. It enables the Marketing team to share ready buying groups and their members along with essential data to the Sales team for execution. This process ensures a streamlined transition from marketing to sales.

The Sales handoff comprises:

  • Data handoff: Marketing identifies ready target data and makes it accessible to Sales in the CSV format.
  • Sales acceptance: Sales manually reviews and incorporates ready targets into their pipeline.

To access this dashboard, expand Accounts in the left navigation and then select Buying groups. Select the Overview tab if it is not displayed by default.

Buying group completion score distribution

This visualization illustrates the distribution of buying groups based on the completion scores, and is categorized into four distinct score bands. The central figure represents the total number of buying groups, and provides a quick snapshot of overall progress. The segmented colors indicate the proportion of buying groups within each score range, which allows you to assess completion trends at a glance.
