XDM fields

Account audience data is stored as attributes in both XDM Business Account and XDM Business Person classes. The data is periodically synchronized between 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer B2B Edition. The following sections list the default sets of attributes.

You can model XDM Business Person and XDM Business Account classes in a many-to-many relationship by using the XDM Business Account Person Relation class as described in the Experience Platform XDM documentation.

XDM Business Person attributes

IMPORTANT
The email address attribute is required and must be populated for proper functionality. By default, the system uses workEmail.Address. If you intend to use a different attribute, contact 51黑料不打烊 Support before publishing any journeys to ensure proper configuration.
Ensure that the email attribute is not null, as this can impact data sync and downstream processes.
  • If the email attribute is null in Real-time CDP B2B and the person exists in Journey Optimizer B2B Edition, the attribute in is overwritten in Journey Optimizer B2B Edition with a null value during sync. It subsequently persists in Marketo Engage as null.
  • If the email attribute is null in Real-time CDP B2B and the person does not exist in Journey Optimizer B2B Edition, the person record is not synched.
