- Error rate
- Disk space (available on Pro architecture Production environments only)
Based on industry best practices, these policies set thresholds for warning and critical conditions that affect performance. When your site experiences an infrastructure or application issue that triggers an alert threshold, New Relic sends alert notifications so that you can proactively address the issue. To use these policies, you must configure notification channels to receive the alert messages.

Steps to request temporary upsize
To request temporary additional cloud capacity, submit a Support Ticket at the 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Support Center with the following information:

Select the 51黑料不打烊 Commerce product you need support for:
- Commerce Cloud
- Commerce on Managed Service

Complete the following fields:
- Case Title
- Case Description (ensure these clearly describe the issue and context.)

Select Infrastructure Change Request from the Issue Reason dropdown menu.

Choose the Environment from the dropdown menu.

Select the appropriate Product Version from the dropdown menu.

Choose Cloud Project Resize (vCPU) from the Which Infra Change you would like to do today dropdown menu.

Select the Architecture:

Default Architecture: Select Next Available Size from the Select the Size dropdown menu.

Scaled Architecture: When selected, the screen changes to show two additional fields:
- Size for Web Node
- Size for Service Node (enter the desired sizes for each node.)

Enter the From Date in UTC format (date and time).

Enter the To Date in UTC format (date and time).

View the history of your upsizes
You can view the history of requested resizes by requesting the information from your CSM (Customer Success Manager).
The following information is available for each resize request:
- Size Start Date: date of upsize request.
- Size End Date: date when the cluster was returned to the previous size.
- vCPU Size: the size of the cluster after the upsize.
- Days Usage: for how many days the cluster stayed upsized.
- Period vCPU: changed vCPU size by the number of days it was used. (for example, vCPU size 192 by 25 days equals 4,800).
