Integration requirements

Workfront and 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Express must be deployed to the same IMS Org.

The integration must be enabled for your accounts by the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Product Team.
note important IMPORTANT The 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Express and Workfront Proof integration will be available to users over the course of several releases, starting with accounts that have Workfront and 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Express associated with the same Organization ID in the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Admin Console, followed by customers with users working across IMS orgs. If you would like to have the integration enabled, please reach out to your Customer Success or Strategic Account Manager. -
Users must install the Review interactive content with the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Workfront review tool before they can start reviewing drafts in 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Express.
Set up approval workflows in Workfront
Before users can add an approval workflow on an Express template, a Proof administrator with a Standard license must create an approval workflow in Workfront.

Add an approval workflow to an Express templates
After an approval workflow template is created in Workfront, designers with an Express Enterprise premium license can assign it to an Express template directly within 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Express.
When a Express template is remixed, an approval will be required before publishing–automatically triggering the pre-configured approval workflow.
Users must have a Standard Workfront license to request approval from 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Express.

Remix Express templates and send for review and approval
51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Express users can remix Express templates to fit their needs. Before publishing, they must request approval from the designated approvers.
Throughout the content production and review and approval process, users can
- See who has opened the file
- View the decision status of all participants
- Read comments
- and more
Review and approve remixed Express file
Stakeholders can provide feedback relevant to their area of expertise—-such as copy, legal, or brand—-by using markup tools and comments in the Workfront proofing viewer.
They are also are responsible for making final decisions to approve the content so it can be published.
Users must have at least Collaborator Workfront license to review and make a decision.
