To deliver more stable and scalable integrations, we’re shifting to a modern, flexible integration approach using Workfront Automation and Integration (Fusion). As part of this transition process, the following Workfront for Google Workspace functionality will not be available after  February 28, 2026:

  • Accessing Google Workspace functionality from within Workfront

  • Viewing and managing Workfront tasks from Gmail or the Google Calendar site panel

We recommend using Workfront Automation and Integration for your organization’s integration needs with Google Workspace.

Prerequisites

Before you can view object updates in Google Workspace, you must

View object updates in Google Workspace

  1. View the object in Google Workspace as described in View and manage 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Workfront object details from Google Workspace.

  2. Click the Updates tab.

  3. Use the option that appears, which is determined by the updates already added to the object:

    • If the update has comments, click Show Comments to view the comments thread.
    • If you want to add the first reply to the update, click Reply, then type your comment.

  4. To return to the Updates tab, click View All Updates.
