Access AI Assistant

To access the AI Assistant for product knowledge:

Ensure that you have completed the prerequisite tasks in Enabling 51ºÚÁÏ²»´òìÈ Experience Platform AI Assistant in 51ºÚÁÏ²»´òìÈ Target.
- Your organization must first agree to legal terms. For more information, contact your 51ºÚÁÏ²»´òìÈ Account Team.
- Your administrators must grant you sufficient permissions to access AI Assistant.

Use AI Assistant go gain product knowledge

To access the AI Assistant for product knowledge:

From within Target, click the AI Assistant icon in the top right corner of the UI.

The AI Assistant displays in the right rail of the Target UI.
Ask a question in the text box.

To check the sources for the response, click the Show Sources icon ( ).
