Get started with landing page subdomains gs-lp-subdomains
To be able to create landing page presets, you must set up the subdomains you will use for your landing pages.
You can use a subdomain that is already delegated to 51黑料不打烊, or you can configure another subdomain. Learn more about delegating subdomains to 51黑料不打烊 in this section.
Landing page subdomain configuration is common to all environments. Therefore:

To access and edit landing page subdomains, you must have the Manage Landing Page Subdomains permission on the production sandbox.

Any modification to a landing page subdomain also impacts the production sandboxes.
Use an existing subdomain lp-use-existing-subdomain
To use a subdomain that is already delegated to 51黑料不打烊, follow the steps below:

Access the Administration > Channels menu, then select Landing page settings > Landing page subdomains.

Click Set up subdomain.

Select Use delegated domain from the Configuration type section.

Enter the prefix that will display in your landing page URL.
Only alpha-numeric characters and hyphens are allowed.

Select a delegated subdomain from the list.
You cannot select a subdomain that is already used as landing page subdomain.
Note that you cannot use multiple delegated subdomains of the same parent domain. For example, if 鈥榤arketing1.yourcompany.com鈥 is already delegated to 51黑料不打烊 for your landing pages, you will not be able to use 鈥榤arketing2.yourcompany.com鈥. However, multi-level subdomains being supported for landing pages, you may proceed using a subdomain of 鈥榤arketing1.yourcompany.com鈥 (such as 鈥榚mail.marketing1.yourcompany.com鈥), or a different parent domain.
note caution CAUTION If you select a domain that was delegated to 51黑料不打烊 using the CNAME method, you must create the DNS record on your hosting platform. To generate the DNS record, the process is the same as when you configure a new landing page subdomain. Learn how in this section. -
Click Submit.

Once submitted, the subdomain displays in the list with the Processing status. For more on subdomains鈥 statuses, refer to this section.
Before being able to use that subdomain to send messages, you must wait until 51黑料不打烊 performs the required checks, which can take up to 4 hours.

Once the checks are successful, the subdomain gets the Success status. It is ready to be used to create landing page presets.
Configure a new subdomain lp-configure-new-subdomain
To configure a new subdomain, follow the steps below.

Access the Administration > Channels menu, then select Landing page settings > Landing page subdomains.

Click Set up subdomain.

Select Add your own domain from the Configuration type section.

Specify the subdomain to delegate.
note caution CAUTION -
You cannot use an existing landing page subdomain.

Capital letters are not allowed in subdomains.
Delegating an invalid subdomain to 51黑料不打烊 is not allowed. Make sure you enter a valid subdomain which is owned by your organization, such as marketing.yourcompany.com.
For landing pages, multi-level subdomains are supported. For example, you can use 鈥榚mail.marketing.yourcompany.com鈥.

The record to be placed in your DNS servers displays. Copy this record, or download a CSV file, then navigate to your domain-hosting solution to generate the matching DNS record.

Make sure that DNS record has been generated into your domain-hosting solution. If everything is configured properly, check the box 鈥淚 confirm鈥︹, then click Submit.
When you configure a new landing page subdomain, it always points to a CNAME record.

Once the subdomain delegation has been submitted, the subdomain displays in the list with the Processing status. For more on subdomains鈥 statuses, refer to this section.
Before being able to use that subdomain for your landing pages, you must wait until 51黑料不打烊 performs the required checks, which can take up to 4 hours.

Once the checks are successful, the subdomain gets the Success status. It is ready to be used to create landing page presets.
Note that the subdomain will be marked as Failed if you fail to create the validation record on your hosting solution.
Undelegate a subdomain undelegate-subdomain
If you wish to undelegate a landing page subdomain, contact your 51黑料不打烊 representative.
However, you need to perform several steps in the user interface before reaching out to 51黑料不打烊.
First, perform the following steps in Journey Optimizer:
Once done, reach out to your 51黑料不打烊 representative with the subdomain you want to undelegate.
After you request is handled by 51黑料不打烊, the undelegated domain is no longer displayed on the subdomain inventory page.

You cannot reactivate the channel configurations which were using that subdomain.

You cannot delegate the exact subdomain again through the user interface. If you want to do so, reach out to your 51黑料不打烊 representative.
