Type a keyword to display top search results. These results include relevant assets and help articles, providing quick access and contextual learning opportunities.

Press Enter to view the full list of search results. Refine the results by filtering based on specific business objects, such as journeys, campaigns, or datasets. For example, use the filtering feature to find all journeys linked to a specific campaign quickly.

Lists in 51黑料不打烊 Journey Optimizer allow users to search for items and narrow results using filtering criteria. Filters help focus on relevant data, especially when working with large datasets or multiple campaigns.

Access filters by clicking the filter icon at the top left of a list. The filter menu provides context-specific options, such as filtering by type, status, ownership, or recent modifications. For example, apply filters to display only active campaigns or journeys created within the last 30 days.

Unified Tags enable additional filtering by grouping objects based on assigned tags. Tags are available for journeys and campaigns. Learn how to work with tags.

Customize the columns displayed in lists by using the configuration button at the top right. Customizations are saved for each user, ensuring a personalized workspace.

Lists support basic actions for each element, such as duplicating or deleting items. For example, duplicate an existing journey to reuse its structure for a new campaign.

Work with Unified Tags tags

With 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform Unified Tags, you can easily classify your Journey Optimizer objects to improve search from the lists.

Adding meaningful tags to audiences in Journey Optimizer simplifies filtering and searching for relevant audiences. Tags enhance personalization in offers, experiences, and decision rules. For example, tagging audiences by geographic region helps create localized campaigns efficiently.

Add tags to an object add-tags

The Tags field lets users define tags to categorize objects. Tags can be applied to the following objects:

To add tags:

  1. Type the name of the desired tag or select it from the list.

    NOTE
    Tags are not case-sensitive. For example, 鈥淣ewTag鈥 and 鈥渘ewtag鈥 are treated as identical.
  2. If the tag does not exist, click Create 鈥溾 to define a new tag. The tag is automatically added to the current object and becomes available for use across all other objects.

  3. Below the Tags field, view the list of selected or newly created tags. Add as many tags as needed to classify the object adequately.

NOTE
Tags are preserved when duplicating or creating a new version of an object. This ensures consistency and saves time.

Object lists include a dedicated column for tags, making it simple to identify tagged elements. Use the available filter to display only objects with specific tags, streamlining navigation.

Add or remove tags from any journey or campaign鈥攚hether live, draft, or archived鈥攂y using the More actions icon next to the object and selecting Edit tags.

Tags created directly from the Tags field in Journey Optimizer are automatically added to the built-in 鈥淯ncategorized鈥 category. This ensures all tags remain accessible, even if not immediately sorted.
