Hi everyone, welcome to this demo showing content locking in Azure templates. Here, I鈥檝e already created a template and I鈥檓 moving into the edit content space to show how you can lock a template fully or specific areas. So if you see here, I am at the screen where I have the complete template already created. How I can start is by looking at the right rail, I see a governance toggle button which if I enable, I get to choose a mode for content locking. Here, you see two modes which is one, read only. If you choose a read only mode, what happens is that all the areas of this particular template is locked in the sense that this template can be used in your marketing deliveries as is. If you go with the first option which is content locking, this enables you to choose and decide which areas of this particular content has to be edited and what kind of editing is available. As I toggle this enable content addition, I basically have two options. The first one allows structure and content addition. When this is enabled, it allows the user to basically add any structure or modify a structure and also the content within it. If the option allow content addition only is selected, the user will not be able to make or modify any structure within this template but only add or change content within a particular structure. Let鈥檚 see what happens in the first option. Now at the top level of this template, I have this particular option selected. Now what I do is that I go into a particular structure and I click. So if you see on the right rail, I see the lock type as editable. By default, when a template is moved into the editable lock mode, all the structures are by default in an editable mode. Once I click or highlight a particular structure, I will be able to choose if I want to lock this particular structure. If I choose a locked lock type here, what happens is that the structure completely is locked for now and the marketers who is trying to access this template in their deliveries will not be able to make any changes. But if they want to delete this particular structure as is, I can allow them by enabling this toggle here which means that I have enabled this to allow marketers to delete it. However, once I have this part or structure as locked, I can also enable certain parts or components within the structure for edit. For example, here we have a text box which I want to enable editing. I go into this lock structure and click on the component which I want to make editable. So as you see here, I have the use specific locking toggle on and I can decide which content lock type I want to go ahead with. The editable lock type ensures that the marketer will be able to make edits to the content as well as the styles. However, the editable content only will ensure that the styling is locked and only the content changes will appear. Similarly, let me also move to this particular structure and apply content editing. So as you can see here, once I have specific areas of the template which are meant to be locked, I can easily go into this button or toggle to see what kind of editing and what kind of locking have I applied on this template. As you can see here, the structure 1 is not locked, structure 2 is locked with only component 2 on an editing mode. Once I have made specific locking to my content template, I am trying to access this template and my campaign and use this particular template which is already locked. As you can see here, there is a highlight to show that content locking is activated on this particular template. But I can easily understand what are the areas that I will be able to edit in this particular template by going in here and enabling this highlight editable areas button. So if you see here, it shows me all the areas where I can go in and make edits. Thank you.
