Targeting In-App Engagements targeting-in-app-engagements

A SaaS company wants to engage their customers via an in-application guide constructed on Gainsight PX. An audience to receive this engagement has been built on 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform. The Gainsight PX destination receives the audience and makes it available within the Gainsight PX environment.

Prerequisites prerequisites

You are exporting all members of an audience with the identifiers (name, phone number, or others) used in the Gainsight PX destination.

Streaming
Streaming destinations are 鈥渁lways on鈥 API-based connections. When a profile is updated in Experience Platform based on audience evaluation, the connector sends the update downstream to the destination platform. Read more about streaming destinations.

Connect to the destination connect

IMPORTANT
To connect to the destination, you need the Manage Destinations access control permission. Read the access control overview or contact your product administrator to obtain the required permissions.

To connect to this destination, follow the steps described in the destination configuration tutorial. In the destination configuration workflow, fill in the fields listed in the two sections below.
