These are the release notes for the preview version of the Universal Editor. These features are currently available in your Universal Editor鈥檚 preview environment. These features are scheduled to be released to general availability on 30 October 2025.

These preview release notes are provided as a convenience so you know what changes to the Universal Editor are upcoming and you can test them by switching to your preview environment.

  • Update event is now informed if action was undo.
  • No results string now depends on browser locale in Universal Editor tags.
  • Fixed extra line break in Universal Editor鈥檚 publish button.
  • Cleanup was made to patch API.
  • Select content button is now visible in Safari.
  • RPM build was fixed.
  • CORS update to avoid updating text edited text again after saving.
