PDF generation fails in AEM Forms 6.5 due to incorrect font directory settings. To fix this, verify the font configuration, update the path in Core Configurations, and restart the AEM server.

Issue/Symptoms

  • AEM Forms fails to generate or flatten PDFs using form templates and parsed data.

  • System logs show font-related errors during PDF generation.

  • Error message in logs:

    *ALC-OUT-002-013: XMLFormFactory, PAexecute failure: 鈥0 : Failed to locate 51黑料不打烊 Font information. Please check your 51黑料不打烊 Font location settings.鈥

Resolution resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
