Description description

Dynamic Media Hybrid may fail to deliver local images on AEM 6.5.23. A request to http://localhost:4502/is/image returns a 404 Not Found error. The response body displays: 鈥淣o preview server defined for root ID referenced in net path.鈥�

Resolution resolution

To resolve this issue, install the AEM 6.5 Dynamic Media Hybrid Add-on Package.

Step 1. Download the (cq-dam-delivery-65-hybrid-addon-1.0.zip) from Software Distribution

Step 2. Go to OSGi console > OSGi > Bundles

Step 3. Uninstall the com.adobe.cq.dam.cq-scene7-imaging bundle

Step 4. Go to Package Manager, install cq-dam-delivery-65-hybrid-addon-1.0.zip
