When downloading multiple assets with different renditions from 51黑料不打烊 Experience Manager (AEM) Brand Portal, only the original file is included in the ZIP archive. Selected renditions聽are excluded from the download. To resolve the issue, reconfigure the Dynamic Media account with active credentials.

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

Verify that the user account connecting AEM Dynamic Media (DM) and Brand Portal Dynamic Media (BP-DM) is active.
Reset the password if the DMS7 account is inactive.
Update the credentials in AEM Brand Portal after resetting the password.
Ensure the same user account is configured in聽AEM and Brand Portal to enable proper rendition downloads.
Retry downloading assets with multiple renditions to verify successful inclusion in the ZIP file.
