Access issues with shared metrics and dimensions in CJA

Issue/Symptoms
- The Shared Metrics and Dimensions 聽interface in CJA starts loading but doesn鈥檛 complete.
- The tool remains inactive and unresponsive.
- Parts of the interface briefly appear but don鈥檛 function.
Resolution resolution
To fix access issues for Shared Metrics and Dimensions, follow these steps:

Make sure you are assigned an Admin role. Only Admins can access this feature.

Check that you have all of the following permissions:
/permissions/view-datasets/read/permissions/view-schemas/read/permissions/manage-schemas/write/permissions/view-identity-namespaces/read

Use your organization鈥檚 Admin Console or AEP Permissions tool to update these permissions.

After updating your permissions, try accessing Shared Metrics and Dimensions 聽to confirm the issue is resolved.
