- The Attribution Method toggles between Using Contact Role 听补苍诲 Using Account ID 聽when interacting with the lock/unlock icon.
- After saving the setting as Using Contact Role,聽it reverts to Using Account ID 聽upon locking.
Resolution resolution
To address this issue, follow these steps:

Ensure your instance is configured to use Using Contact Role 聽for attribution by navigating to聽 Settings

Set Custom Attribution Method by following these steps:
- Unlock the field by clicking the lock icon.聽The lock icon indicates that a default value is being used (In this case, Using聽Account ID). Unlocking allows customization, such as selecting Using Contact Role.聽Once saved, relocking is unnecessary unless reverting to default behavior.
- Select your desired option (for example, Using Contact Role).
- Save your settings without relocking.

Ensure that after saving, your selected method (Using Contact Role) remains active and does not revert to the default (Using聽Account ID).
