- The audience population remained static, preventing accurate segmentation and delaying the publishing of critical journeys. Example: The expected audience population was 0, but it remained at 59.8k profiles.
- The root cause was traced to the improper configuration of datasets for the Update Profile activity.
Resolution resolution
- Use a dedicated dataset for updates. To do this, always configure journeys with Update Profile 聽actions to use a dedicated dataset specifically designed to store updates.
