- You encounter an issue where the generated email contains
TRACKING_URL_MARKERinstead of valid URLs when tracking is activated. - Links such as mirror page URLs work correctly when tracking is deactivated but fail when tracking is enabled.
- This issue is caused by missing tracking formula options in the Real-Time (RT) instance configuration.

Check if specific tracking formula options are missing in the RT instance configuration.聽Examples of required options include:
NmsTracking_ClickFormula_customSubdomain_*NmsTracking_OpenFormula_customSubdomain_*

Manually create all necessary options within the RT instance for each country where the issue occurs. Make sure any other option referenced in the click and open formulas are created as well, such as
NmsTracking_ServerUrl_customSubdomain_*. -
