Export label for enumerations not working during file extraction
This article addresses an issue where enumeration labels are not being exported correctly in 51黑料不打烊 Campaign workflows. Issue/Symptoms
When exporting data from a workflow using the Data Extraction (file) activity, enumeration fields were expected to display descriptive labels instead of internal values. Despite selecting the option Export labels instead of internal values of enumeration, the output file continued to show internal values for attributes.

Review the configuration settings of the Data Extraction (file) activity within your workflow.

Check if an alias has been applied to any enumeration field in the output file format. To do this, click on the Edit the file format 聽option in the Data Extraction activity and look for values in the Alias field on the right-hand side of the window. Remove any alias associated with the affected enumeration field by clearing the Alias field.

Export a test file to verify that descriptive labels are now displayed in the column instead of internal values. You need to select Export labels instead of internal values of enumerations on the Destination format page.
Using the File Transfer activity you can then upload the extracted file to SFTP and download it to verify that descriptive labels are now displayed under this column instead of internal values. For steps, refer to File Transfer in the Campaign Automation Guide.
