Resolution resolution
It is observed that clicking the play button to select a frame did not play the video. When the Save button was clicked, a 403 error appeared in the network tab and console. This error was related to the request to remove any existing custom thumbnail and was misleading. The subsequent request to retrieve the content of the AVS from the secure test server returned a failure response.
The root cause of the issue was that the secure test server was not active. Activating and validating the server聽resolves the problem.
