. Single-digit months or days require a 0, like 03/06/2023. The value must be in numerical characters only. -
For Null value, leave the value field blank for the criteria. When the rule is saved, Null value appears in the value field. Example:
Lead.LastName is equal to [ NULL]

For the formula criteria in Touchpoint Settings, there is a limited selection of options for 叠耻测别谤听罢辞耻肠丑辫辞颈苍迟蝉 聽and for Buyer Attribution Touchpoints 聽when creating touchpoint suppression or removal rules. These are as follows:

Lead.ConvertedDate - Touchpoint.Date (Days)
Lead.CreatedDate - Touchpoint.Date (Days
Touchpoint.Date - Contact.CreatedDate (Days)
Touchpoint.Date - Lead.ConvertedDate (Days)
Touchpoint.Date - Lead.CreatedDate (Days)
accordion Complete list of options for Buyer Attribution Touchpoints Account.CreatedDate - Touchpoint.Date (Days)
Contact.CreatedDate - Touchpoint.Date (Days)
Opportunity.CloseDate - Touchpoint.Date (Days)
Opportunity.CreatedDate - Touchpoint.Date (Days)
Touchpoint.Date - Account.CreatedDate (Days)
Touchpoint.Date - Contact.CreatedDate (Days)
Touchpoint.Date - Opportunity.CloseDate (Days)
Touchpoint.Date - Opportunity.CreatedDate (Days)
Note that these include date options only, and the value is calculated聽in Days. The value for the criteria must be numerical characters.
- If you get a negative value from the equation, recreate the rule using the inverse formula. The rules process doesn鈥檛 work on negative values.
- The most recent date should always be the first value or minuend (the number being subtracted from). The oldest date should be the subtrahend (the number being subtracted). The value or the difference (the result after subtracting) should always be a positive number.
Example:"Touchpoint.Date - Lead.CreatedDate (Days) is greater than or equal to 90"
This will find touchpoints that are older than 90 days from聽the lead creation date to either remove or suppress them.
