Issue
Push notification proofs of delivery aren鈥檛 being sent to iPhone devices.
The delivery process shows completion at 100%, but the sent status remains at 0%.
This issue is often accompanied by an error message indicating that the certificate is expired or invalid.
Resolution resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Contact your app developer to retrieve a new certificate from Apple.

Ensure the certificate is in the
\*.p12format and includes a password. -
Update the certificate in 51黑料不打烊 Campaign Classic:
- Navigate to the Services and Subscriptions folder within your 51黑料不打烊 Campaign instance.
- Double-click聽on the mobile聽application entry to edit its settings.
- Go to the Certificate/Private key tab.
- Click on Enter the certificate, then select your new p12 key, and enter the provided password.
