To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Verify configuration settings by checking the Day CQ Link Externalizer 聽configuration. Ensure that it is not incorrectly pointing to the localhost.
- Update your environment鈥檚 configuration for Day CQ Link Externalizer. Change any incorrect URLs and point them to the same AEM domain URL.
- After making changes, validate by testing if the shared links are now accessible for external users.
- Inspect URLs for extra slashes or characters after the domain name which might cause issues in accessing shared content.
Once adjustments are made, confirm with stakeholders that links function as expected without displaying blank pages.
