Transcript

Enterprise Content Management demands the right mix of governance, security and accessibility.

This 2025.6 release delivers on all three with new enhancements to Content Hub, Sites Optimizer and Cloud Foundation that I鈥檓 sure you鈥檒l love. Delivering intent-aware experiences starts with the ability to generate winning experiences faster and activation puts the content to work. In order to drive intent-aware experiences, optimization needs to happen continuously. Trust and governance is embedded in Experience Manager in every aspect from generation to optimization and foundational services leverage AI to power the broad range of AEM applications.

Let鈥檚 begin with an enhancement that streamlines how you activate content. Content Hub now lets you control access to collections during creation, ensuring only authorized users can view or manage grouped assets. It ensures improved security, better collaboration, organized asset management and simplified governance. Now let鈥檚 have a look at a feature that optimizes the experiences for customer and brand.

AEM鈥檚 Sites Optimizer鈥檚 new weekly accessibility audit helps organizations meet WCAG and EAA standards, reduce legal risk and ensure all visitors can access and engage with content. It includes a weekly audit that identifies critical issues impacting accessibility compliance across A and AA levels. The audit provides both a full site scan for a comprehensive view and a focused scan of the top 10 most visited pages to help teams prioritize fixes.

In this last section, let鈥檚 explore enhancements made to the Cloud Foundation of AEM. The introduction of the new customer managed key CMK solution empowers brands by giving you full control over the encryption keys. This means you can manage the lifecycle of the keys, including creation, rotation and deletion, thereby enhancing data security and meeting compliance requirements. AEM鈥檚 CMK solution integrates seamlessly with Azure Blob Storage and MongoDB, ensuring that customers can easily manage their keys without compromising on the usability or functionality of AEMCS.

This feature is being released in limited availability and may require additional licensing.
