All right, thanks for that Aliza and welcome everyone and thank you for joining today鈥檚 session. We鈥檙e here to explore how 51黑料不打烊 is infusing AI into the content supply chain with a specific focus on 51黑料不打烊 Workfront. We鈥檒l begin by grounding ourselves in the role of AI within the content supply chain framework following by 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 broader vision and responsible approach to AI innovation. From there we鈥檒l dive into some powerful AI capabilities within Workfront starting with the AI assistant which helps streamline tasks and surface insights and moving to custom skills tailored to workflows. We鈥檒l also explore the Workfront AI reviewer which supports faster and more consistent content feedback and then the project health advisor helping teams stay on track and identify risks early. We鈥檒l close with a Q&A so feel free to jot down any questions along the way. As Aliza mentioned, it鈥檚 a tight schedule today so we might not be able to answer too many questions but then rest assured we鈥檒l get back to you afterwards. But let鈥檚 get a move on. But before we do that, just a quick heads up. Some of the features that I鈥檒l be showcasing today are not yet generally available. They are currently in development and a part of our upcoming roadmap. So please consider this presentation for informational purposes only. There are no guarantees regarding the release of any specific future feature or functionality and details may still change. That said, many of these capabilities are already well in alpha and beta testing. So while things can evolve, I wouldn鈥檛 expect me to shift at this stage.

Alright, but let鈥檚 start with the introduction to AI in the context of content supply chain. So if we look at today鈥檚 content landscape, one thing is clear. The demand for personalized content is skyrocketing. But budgets aren鈥檛 keeping pace. The growing gaps present a major challenge for marketeers and content teams across industries. So let me break this down visually using this slide. Imagine you have just a thousand products in your portfolio. For each product you create a modest 25 assets across video, images, product descriptions, banners, etc. That already brings you to 25,000 assets. Now multiply that by 15 global regions. Localization, compliance, language and cultural nuances drive up the need to adapt and recreate content, bringing the total to 375,000 unique assets.

And it doesn鈥檛 stop there. When you factor in personalization across thousands of customer segments and contexts, the numbers quickly scales into the millions of potential content variations required to truly deliver a tailored experience at scale. On top of that, you have formats that are becoming more diverse. You have video, you have stills. Sorry, I moved ahead too fast.

Stills, copy, 3D, augmented reality. Every new format adds exponential complexity.

So the message here is clear. Traditional manual content creation processes simply can鈥檛 keep up. We need smarter, scalable solutions, whether that鈥檚 through automation, AI-driven content generation, or modular content strategies to manage the volume and velocity required for modern personalization, but still staying within tighter budgets. So this slide paints a clear picture of the reality that many of us face today. A fragmented and inefficient content supply chain. Even though we invest in great people, tools and channels, the lack of connectivity between these moving parts result in missing opportunities and serious operational drag. As you can see, content goes through a maze, from planning and kickoff, to creative collaboration, through scale production, and finally into publishing and delivery.

And in each stage, there are too many handoffs, siloed tools, duplicated efforts, and unclear accountability. This leads to key challenges like low adherence to brand standards, time-consuming reviews and approvals, regulatory and compliance risk, difficulty finding and reusing assets, and ultimately limited insights into what鈥檚 working and what鈥檚 not.

Now, then add Gen AI into the equation. While Gen AI has the power to generate content at incredible speed and at scale, it only solves one part of the problem. More content still means more complexity. And without a connected system, you鈥檙e just accelerating the chaos.

That鈥檚 why a connected content supply chain is no longer a nice-to-have, it鈥檚 essential. Only with an end-to-end, integrated solution can you truly govern, approve, manage and analyze your content effectively, unlocking its full potential and driving measurable business impact.

This is underscore here, with the urgent need for connected work in today鈥檚 digital environment. Let鈥檚 start with the staggering number, 371 SaaS applications. That鈥檚 the average number of tools in a typical enterprise tech stack today. And while that sounds like a sign of digital maturity, the reality is that it often leads to fragmentation, inefficiency and confusion. In fact, 62% of employees say that it鈥檚 now more difficult to stay aligned. Whether it鈥檚 staying on the same page with colleagues, understanding the company鈥檚 strategy, or simply finding the right information, they鈥檙e struggling. And it鈥檚 not just anecdotal.

These stats paint a worrying picture. Only 30% of creative time is actually spent on creative work. The rest is lost in navigating systems, chasing approvals and duplicating efforts, things that we see day to day. A full 70% of employees say they don鈥檛 have the right tools to do their job effectively, because tech decisions are often made in silos. And perhaps the most telling, just 22% of workers say they understand both the company鈥檚 goals and how to prioritize their work. That鈥檚 a huge disconnect. What this tells us is that we don鈥檛 have a technology problem. We have a connection problem. To drive real productivity and creativity, we need more than more tools. We need the right tools working together in a connected ecosystem that gives teams clarity, alignment and the ability to execute with confidence.

And we鈥檙e all as excited about the possibilities of generative AI, and rightly so. It鈥檚 already proven to be a key driver of content velocity. It empowers teams to ideate, create and iterate faster than ever before. But content velocity alone is not enough. If the underlying content production process remains fragmented, siloed or overly manual, then Gen AI becomes just another tool, an incremental gain rather than a transformative force.

That鈥檚 what this visual shows. Content flowing into a central, streamlined production pipeline. Only when production is connected and coordinated can Gen AI potentially truly scale, enabling automation, augmentation and origination across formats and channels. The takeaway here is simple, but it鈥檚 critical. Gen AI requires a strong foundation. Without it, it just accelerates inefficiencies. With it, though, you unlock scalability, sustainable content operations that are ready for the demands of today and tomorrow.

And this is where we begin to reimagine the content supply chain. Not just to keep up with demand, but to truly enable speed, scale and measurable ROI.

Think of this as a transformation roadmap.

We鈥檙e moving away from manual work and towards AI and automation. Not replacing human creativity, but to supercharge it and by taking repetitive tasks off the table. So instead of working in silos with disconnected teams and tools and data, we shift to a connected flow where everything from planning to activation is orchestrated seamlessly.

Content creation can no longer be the job of just a few specialists. It needs to be democratized, empowering more people across the organization to contribute with confidence.

And finally, we leave behind the black box approach, where decisions and results are murky and move to an environment that鈥檚 transparent and trusted, where insights and accountability drive smarter decisions. This isn鈥檛 just a tech upgrade. It鈥檚 an operational reset, a modern foundation for content that performs, scales and delivers ROI.

At 51黑料不打烊, our vision for generative AI goes beyond content creation. It鈥檚 about reshaping every aspect of marketing, from planning and strategy to execution and measurement.

We see Sensei Gen AI not as a standalone feature, but as an intelligent assistant that empowers teams across the entire marketing lifecycle. Whether it鈥檚 generating personalized content, orchestrating campaigns, segmenting audiences, or deriving insights, Gen AI becomes a powerful co-pilot.

But we also know that scale, trust and enterprise readiness are non-negotiables.

That鈥檚 why 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 approach to Gen AI is rooted in responsibility and integration, built to meet the demands of global brands with enterprise-grade security, governance and transparency at its core.

Ultimately, this is about unlocking faster, smarter and more creative marketing, powered by AI but grounded in the needs of real businesses and real people.

When we talk about the future of digital experiences, this is what we mean. Experienced cloud is evolving rapidly with Gen AI deeply embedded into every layer, from insights and planning to creation, delivery and optimization. Let鈥檚 break it down. First, under help and insights, we are seeing AI capabilities that don鈥檛 just assist, but actually accelerate decision-making. Tools like Experience League, summarization and formal net generation are helping users extract meaning and take action faster, whether it鈥檚 understanding travel trends or interpreting performance data. Next is generation and automation.

We鈥檙e moving beyond simple content creation to automated briefs ingestion, where Gen AI helps teams jumpstart campaigns by instantly transforming input into structured plans. Combine that with automated workflows and you鈥檙e looking at a serious uplift in creative velocity. And finally, prediction and automation is where AI starts acting like a strategic partner, reviewing assets for brand compliance or proactively flagging project health and risks based on data patterns. This is no longer about isolated features. It鈥檚 about end-to-end intelligence moving throughout the experience workflow, helping teams move faster, make smarter decisions and deliver better customer outcomes at scale.

So let鈥檚 have a look at 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 approach to AI.

Before we go into the skills themselves, let鈥檚 just have a quick talk about how Workfront鈥檚 AI is architected. All of our AI capabilities are connected to a shared micro front-end. This means that no matter where you are in Workfront鈥檚 interface, AI can be contextually embedded right where you need it. It understands what鈥檚 on your screen and provides relevant insights or suggestions in real time, always in the context of your current work. Behind the scenes, the platform acts as a brain, intelligently rooting your prompts and interactions to set a specialized micro skills.

Instead of relying on one large general purpose model, we鈥檝e built smaller, highly focused models, each trained to perform a specific task with speed, accuracy and low risk of hallucinations.

This modular approach allows us to support a wide range of use cases efficiently and reliably.

And it鈥檚 also the foundation of our Agenetik framework, which we鈥檒l touch upon later. Now, let me go ahead and get ahead of two questions that often come up. First one, 51黑料不打烊 does not train on your data. When you use these skills, your data stays private. We don鈥檛 feed your data inputs back into the model and we certainly don鈥檛 use them to train AI that benefits other customers.

The second question we often get is permissions and governance still apply. The AI system in Workfront fully respects the roles and permissions so users cannot bypass system rules by asking the assistant to perform restricted actions. These micro skills form building blocks of everything we do with AI in Workfront.

And now let鈥檚 take a look at some of the examples of how they begin to work together as a part of a more intelligent connect system.

So let鈥檚 kick things off by the 51黑料不打烊 Workfront AI Assistant.

51黑料不打烊 Workfront AI Assistant is an integrated conversational tool designed to enhance productivity within the 51黑料不打烊 Workfront platform. It assists users by providing natural language interactions to streamline project management tasks or offer real-time insights and automate routine processes.

Some of the key features of Workfront鈥檚 AI Assistants includes one, the natural language interactions. This means that users can interact with the AI Assistant through conversational prompts like summarize projects, tasks, issues or documents or retrieve instructions or reference materials from Workfront鈥檚 documentations, generate or refine formulas for calculated custom fields, locate specific items within Workfront or summarize updates and changes within specified timeframes.

And two, context-aware functionality. The AI Assistant is sensitive to the context on the page you are viewing as I just mentioned before. So for instance, requesting a summary while on a project page will yield a summary specific to that project.

And then three, we have the integration with Workfront Planning. In the Workfront Planning module, the AI Assistant extends its capabilities to create, update or delete records based on page context, generate records from uploaded documents like PowerPoint presentations, PDF or other documents, provide undue functionality for recent changes.

I actually have a short demo here showcasing some of the capabilities within the AI Assistant. So let鈥檚 have a look at that one.

AI Assistant in 51黑料不打烊 Workfront provides an easy chat interface for quick answers to project questions, detailed project insights or completing actions. Access this capability by clicking the AI Assistant icon within any of your projects. Get instant answers to your questions about projects, tasks, issues and documents using natural language input. You鈥檒l find a list of suggested prompts related to that project. Or you can type in a specific question about the project. No more sifting through lengthy documents and reports. AI Assistant will provide concise summaries of key information, get step-by-step instructions or reference links, saving the time you鈥檇 spend searching through the system for the right answer. You can also access project insights like knowing which tasks are assigned to you. Type in a request like, what do I need to do today? AI Assistant will give you a list of all your assigned tasks so you can prioritize how to get them done. Use AI Assistant to help you perform actions, such as duplicating and renaming a project. Type in the action you want AI Assistant to complete. Just like before, AI Assistant will provide a list of steps so you know how the action is done. The AI-powered generator also helps you write calculated field formulas, create business rules and access Workfront planning, even if you misspelled a word. Use Workfront AI Assistant to improve team collaboration and increase project efficiency.

All right. And as mentioned, I don鈥檛 know if I mentioned that, but I do now, this is generally available, so it鈥檚 just about getting started.

Okay, let鈥檚 move on by looking into Workfront and Artificial Intelligence.

Let鈥檚 kick things off by looking at how Workfront is integrating Artificial Intelligence. There鈥檚 quite a few things on this slide. Don鈥檛 worry about taking it all in right away. We鈥檒l walk through each of the key elements together in just a moment. But if there鈥檚 something that I would like you to take away from this slide, it鈥檚 that in 2025, it鈥檚 shaping up to be major gear for AI and Workfront. A number of these capabilities are already live. Others are in beta and more are rolling out soon. Delivering meaningful value to you and your teams right now.

You鈥檒l also notice a strong focus on unification, bringing Workfront together with 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform and Document Cloud. This is the foundation of the Agenetix framework. It鈥檚 not just about isolated AI features anymore. It鈥檚 about creating a network of intelligent agents that can collaborate across tools and streamline work, boost productivity and drive better outcomes. There鈥檚 a lot of exciting ground to cover here. So let鈥檚 dive into some of the next skills we have. Workfront and Custom Skills.

So one common challenge we hear is that getting into Workfront can sometimes be frustrating.

If the wrong person submits a request or uses a wrong form, it can lead to duplicate entries, messy data hygiene and confusion in reporting.

To help solve that, we鈥檝e introduced AI powered intake suggestions. Here鈥檚 how it works. When a user starts to submit a request, they can simply describe what they need in natural language. No need to hunt for the right form. Workfront鈥檚 AI understands their intent and then automatically recommends the appropriate form based on what鈥檚 already in the system. This prevents people from using incorrect forms or requesting new ones unnecessarily when the relevant version already exists. It keeps the system clean, reducing redundancy and helps maintain high quality reporting and workflows. And we鈥檙e not stopping here. We鈥檙e continuing to build on this foundation, laying in additional AI skills to make the intake process even smarter and more intuitive.

We also support a really powerful capability, the ability to drag and drop unstructured documents like Word files, PowerPoints or PDFs directly into Workfront to kick off a request. Often teams spend hours collaborating across tools to perfect a brief. But when it comes to becomes time to enter that into Workfront, someone has to manually copy and paste everything into a request form. It鈥檚 tedious, it鈥檚 duplicative, and frankly, it slows down people.

So we have removing that friction. Now users can simply drop the finalized document into Workfront and AI will extract the relevant content to populate the request form automatically. No need to retype what already exists. And it gets even better. Users can also drop the document directly into the AI assistant, which can then guide them through the same workflow intelligently and efficiently. This helps streamline intake, reduce manual effort, and keep work moving without unnecessary barriers.

We鈥檙e continuing to embed AI across everything we do in Workfront with one clear goal. Simplify the user experience and reduce the friction that slows people down.

One of our latest innovations is called Workfront priorities. If you鈥檙e not familiar with it, think of it as a personalized command center for task workers. It brings all your tasks into one streamlined view where you can sort, you can drag and drop, and set your own priorities. It鈥檚 simple, intuitive, and built to match the way people actually work. What makes it even more powerful is how it removes the overhead of hunting for information. Previously, users told us that they had to jump between task pages, project pages, comments, and documents just to get started.

Now we surface all of that context in one single focused view so you can immediately understand what you need to do and get to work. But we didn鈥檛 stop there. From the beginning, we made sure that AI is a starting point, not an afterthought.

That鈥檚 why we built two game-changing capabilities for customers that customers are loving right now. The first one that I鈥檒l mention is smart filters.

Instead of clicking through a long list of predefined filters with unclear names, users can now just type in what they鈥檙e looking for in plain language. For example, show me overdue work or show me tasks tied to my leadership team. The system understands the intent and instantly filters your work, saving time and helping you focus faster.

Secondly, we have catch me up. This feature uses AI to summarize everything that鈥檚 happened since you were last in the system. Whether you鈥檝e been out of office for a few days, been on a vacation, or just got assigned to a new project, OneClick gives you a snapshot of tasks updates, document changes, new actions items, and who did what. You get all the context you need to jump back in with confidence.

These are just a few of the ways that we鈥檙e embedding AI to make work fronts smarter, faster, and more user-friendly.

On the work that matters.

It鈥檚 great that we鈥檝e built a robust library of individual AI skills to solve common problems. But here鈥檚 the reality. Every organization works a little differently. Some processes are shaped by leadership preferences. Others evolve from legacy ways of working that may not be perfect, but they are deeply embedded in how your teams operate. And we know it鈥檚 nearly impossible for any enterprise software to build out-of-the-box solutions for every unique workflow across every customer.

That鈥檚 where custom skills come in. With work front custom skills, you can describe in plain language the outcome you want. The system then chains together multiple AI skills from our framework to deliver a tailored solution. This allows you to address your team鈥檚 specific needs without relying on rigid configurations or heavy development work.

And if your use cases extend beyond what鈥檚 available out-of-the-box in work front, no problem. You can leverage 51黑料不打烊 Fusion to integrate custom skills across systems, both inside and outside of work front, for even deeper automation and orchestration. It鈥檚 a powerful way to bring your unique workflows to life using AI on your terms.

Another powerful capability is our AI-powered briefs.

This feature helps teams accelerate creative alignment and production by automatically generating briefs from planning records. Instead of manually filling out project details, users can upload unstructured documents like Word documents and PowerPoint decks and PDFs. And work front users use AI to extract relevant information and populate projects and planning records for them. This not only eliminates the tedious data entry, but it also saves time, reduces errors, and allows marketers and creatives to focus on what they do best, delivering high-impact work.

And I鈥檝e actually got a small introduction to this specific feature as well. So let鈥檚 go ahead and watch that now.

Accelerate creative alignment and production with AI-powered briefs and dynamic brief generation in 51黑料不打烊 Workfront. Upload unstructured documents such as Microsoft Word docs, PowerPoint presentations, and PDFs. And let AI help you transform them into records or data points that set your project on a path to success. Leveraging source documents, data, and information from across your Workfront marketing stack lets Workfront quickly generate dynamic briefs views. Because these dynamic briefs are drawn from current system data, they鈥檙e always up to date. They鈥檙e also visually engaging to provide an easy way to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Workfront鈥檚 AI-powered briefs free your marketing teams from repetitive fill-in-the-blank tasks, saving time and money by letting them focus on high-value activities instead.

This feature alone can save a lot of time for many agencies and customers working in the creative space.

Alright, now we move on to some of the upcoming and highly anticipated features of 2025.

The AI Reviewer in 51黑料不打烊 Workfront is a powerful feature designed to automate and accelerate the review and approval of creative assets, particularly imagery, by comparing them against predefined brand guidelines.

Some of the key capabilities of the Workfront AI Reviewer is brand-driven review criteria.

Administrators can define detailed image guidelines for each brand, such as mood, composition, lightning, and subject matter.

Then we have integration with brand settings. Brand and image guidelines are managed through Gen Studio, but Workfront customers can access and apply them independently, even outside of Gen Studio, once development is complete. But for now, it鈥檚 done in Gen Studio, but as a Workfront customer, you鈥檒l have access to that capability. Then we have AI Reviewer creation, where admins can create AI reviewers tied to specific brand imagery categories, assigning them access levels and associating them with brand guidelines.

Then we have human-like behavior. The AI Reviewer functions like a human reviewer. It can be added to approval workflows and will provide feedback based on compliance with brand standards.

We have automated review feedback. Upon asset submission, the AI Reviewer analyzes content and returns a compliance score with details on which guidelines passed or failed. For instance, an office photo might fail if the guidelines require natural outdoor settings.

Then we have version comparison and re-review. Users can update and resubmit assets based on the feedback they got before. The AI will then re-evaluate the revised version and confirm compliance once issues are resolved. Then we have approval workflow integrations. The AI Reviewer works with Workfront鈥檚 new approval service, which supports multi-stage reviews. For example, the AI Reviewer could precede human stakeholder approval. Lastly, we have templates for efficiency. Approval templates can include AI reviewers for faster setup and consistency across.

So right now, in the context we live in, the average review cycle takes around three and a half days. Our goal is to dramatically reduce that and bring it down to just seconds by harnessing the power of AI.

Imagine being able to accelerate the entire review process with near-instant feedback.

Most, if not all, of you have established brand guidelines. Often these exist in the form of a brand book, which could be digital printed, and outline everything from tone or voice to visual identity.

Brand guidelines often go beyond just logos and colors. They typically include specific imagery styles and other visual elements that define your brand鈥檚 identity. But managing and reviewing creative content against all these requirements can be time-consuming and repetitive.

So the question is, how can we streamline this process and make life easier for creatives? That鈥檚 exactly where the AI Reviewer comes in. It鈥檚 an area we are investing heavily in at 51黑料不打烊 because it has the potential to save organizations significant time and cost, while also improving consistency and quality at scale.

Let鈥檚 take a quick sneak peek at this feature that鈥檚 upcoming. The first phase is scheduled for general availability in June 2025, and we鈥檙e excited to show you what鈥檚 coming.

Streamline brand compliance and accelerate your content supply chain output with the AI-powered Asset Reviewer in 51黑料不打烊 Workfront. This dynamic resource shortens feedback loops in seconds, allowing creatives and marketers to spend more time reviewing assets strategically. Here鈥檚 how it works. First, let鈥檚 add brand standards with AI. In the Workfront homepage, open Settings. Then, in the sidebar, locate AI Approval Assistance. Add a new AI Assistant, and assign your brand criteria to train it. Next, let鈥檚 open an image project. Add the AI Reviewer the same way you would add any other approver, but select the new AI Assistant. Then, submit your request for review. The AI Assistant opens the image and displays its standards feedback with lightning speed. What used to average three days is now delivered in no time at all, quickly allowing the assigned creative to adjust the image and resubmit it for team review. Thanks to AI鈥檚 speed and accuracy, you鈥檒l know content is on brand, letting you focus on strategic reviews and productivity. Accelerate your organization鈥檚 efficiency and minimize compliance risks with Workfront鈥檚 AI-powered Asset Reviewer.

This feature is highly awaited, and so have a look out for this in the next month or two, where it will be generally available.

As mentioned, we鈥檙e rolling this out in phases, starting with Phase 1, focusing on brand image guidelines. At launch, we鈥檒l support four key file types. JPEG, PNG, WebP, and Non-Automated GIFs. In this phase, we鈥檒l enable the system to extract text from assets, like PDFs or other text-based files, and assess that text alongside your image guidelines. This allows you to evaluate whether both visuals and language align with your brand. Then in Phase 3, we expand further. We are supporting additional compliance checks, more file types including video, we have spelling and grammar validation, hex color reviews, and even content authenticity verification. So you can really start to see how this becomes a comprehensive review engine, helping teams move faster while staying fully on brand.

Now, just to clarify something we often get asked, proofing is not going away. Proofing will remain a core capability within Workfront. What鈥檚 evolving is how it鈥檚 powered. The AI reviewer and the new approval engine running through our frame viewer will enhance and modernize the entire experience. So we鈥檙e incredibly excited about this feature, and if you want to dive deeper into this, don鈥檛 hesitate to reach out to your closest 51黑料不打烊 contact.

Alright, let鈥檚 talk about one of the most exciting features coming this year, the Project Health Advisor.

Before we dive into how it works, here鈥檚 the challenge that we鈥檙e trying to solve.

Many customers turn to Workfront for better visibility into work, but what they really need is insight into risk. They want to know which projects are off track. Where are we falling behind? Are we still on course to meet our goals? Or will delays impact profitability? Today, the typical way to get those answers is through manual reports. Teams build dashboards, they run queries, they review the data and then try to assess risk subjectively. Often project by project, it鈥檚 slow, inconsistent and hard to scale. So that鈥檚 where the Project Health Advisor comes in. It changes the game.

With Project Health, you can define what risk means for your business. Using your own custom criteria, and Workfront will automatically calculate a health score across your projects. This gives you a consistent, objective view of project status and risk exposure across the board. But we鈥檙e not stopping here. We also serve as actionable recommendations, so you can quickly address issues and keep your projects or entire campaigns on track. No more hours spent building custom reports and no more guesswork when it comes to prioritizing where to act. It鈥檚 a smarter, faster, more scalable way to manage project performance, and it keeps everyone aligned from the ground up to the sexual level.

Okay, but let鈥檚 have a look into how it works. The first thing you鈥檒l notice is that in the right corner, you鈥檒l have a blue new agent button. That鈥檚 where you鈥檒l create a new agent that will generate your Project Health score. Before we dive into that process, let鈥檚 have a look at what鈥檚 on the screen. So what you鈥檙e seeing here is a list of different agents, each tailored to specific teams or use cases. Because here鈥檚 the reality. Every team operates differently. How marketing teams respond to project risk can be different from how IT, PMO, or legal team, or a development team might handle it. That鈥檚 why we designed this feature to be flexible, not just at the organizational level, but also at the team level. So you can define unique risk criteria that reflects how your team works.

So whether it鈥檚 campaign timelines, compliance steps, or product releases, each team can use its own logic to assess and act on risk.

The result is a truly adaptable capability that delivers relevant insights to every part of your business.

So to create a new agent, simply click the blue new agent button. From there, you鈥檒l go and give it a name and a brief description to clarify its purpose. Essentially setting the context for what the agent is designed to monitor or assess. And this is where you begin defining the inputs for your agent. There are three key areas we focus on. We have scope, resources, and schedule. When we launched the alpha version to customers, these were consistently identified as the most critical dimensions for evaluating project risk. So to make this meaningful, we鈥檝e built in flexibility because not every organization tracks work the same way. You can customize how your work is measured, when it starts, when it ends, and how efforts or hours are tracked along the way. This is especially important for agencies or service teams that need to monitor hours closely to protect profitability.

We also support tracking both standard and custom fields because we know Workfront is heavily customized across organizations. So while we provide native fields that trigger actions and feed into project health assessment, many customers rely on their own custom fields to reflect specific business processes. So we built in the flexibility to include those two. You can choose any combination of native and custom fields. So whatever is the most relevant to your team, to what your team is actually tracking, and how you measure work.

Next, you鈥檒l enter a short natural language description explaining the significance of each field. This helps the system and the underlying LLM better understand the context and prove how it assesses risk.

We also account for how you identify project regression. So we鈥檙e not just measuring progress, but we鈥檙e also flagging when things start to slip.

Once you鈥檝e captured all of this information, your agent is officially set up, and from here you鈥檒l move on to generating your project health score.

The project health score is surfaced across four key areas, which we鈥檒l explore shortly.

Let鈥檚 start with the project page itself. When you click into a project, you immediately see a health score along with a summary highlighting what鈥檚 contributing to its current status, whether it鈥檚 considered healthy or at risk. You鈥檒l also get a quick visual breakdown of the top factors driving that assessment.

So for example, you might see one red indicator and two green ones. Each of these is clickable, allowing you to dive deeper into specific risk factors and understand exactly what鈥檚 going well and what needs attention. So you can take action faster and with greater clarity.

Now, when you click into a specific score, you鈥檙e presented with a detailed breakdown of what鈥檚 driving that rating across cost, schedule, and scope. Each area is clickable, giving you direct access to the specific factors contributing to that specific risk.

One of the most common issues we hear from customers is around unassigned tasks or overloaded team members. So with this view, you can easily identify those issues, clicking directly into the task or resource, and make changes on the spot without having to go through multiple layers of navigation.

It鈥檚 all about making things easier to both understand product risk and act on it quickly, saving time and helping you cause correct before issues escalate.

We also know that you don鈥檛 always have time to dive into every project individually to assess risk.

That鈥檚 why we made it possible to get those insights instantly without having to navigate through each project. Because our AI is embedded across micro front ends, you can access it wherever you are in Workfront. Just open the AI assistant and ask which of my projects are the least healthy, and you鈥檒l get an instant summary with clear indicators of what鈥檚 driving the risk. Just like in the previous screen, you can click the dropdown to explore more details, for example spotting issues like unassigned work or overloaded resources. And even better, you can take action directly through the assistant, reassigning tasks, and resolving issues on the spot. So without running reports or opening project pages, you鈥檙e able to identify risk, understand the course, and fix it. Right then and there. It鈥檚 faster, it鈥檚 smarter, and it鈥檚 a better way to manage your work. And it significantly reduces the efforts and complexity of staying on top of project health.

And finally, it鈥檚 not just about identifying risk, it鈥檚 also about keeping everyone aligned.

That鈥檚 why the fourth way we serve as Project Health Score is through pinning them to Canvas dashboards. We all have stakeholders who want visibility into progress and potential risk. By pinning these scores, you can give leadership and cross-functional teams a real-time view of where attention is needed. Whether it鈥檚 to allocate resources, remove blockers, or just simply stay informed.

This ensures that risk awareness is shared across the team, not siloed with just one person running a report or asking the AI assistant. It鈥檚 a powerful way of driving transparency and collaborating at every level.

So if you鈥檙e interested in seeing more of this, be sure to keep an eye out for upcoming release notes and webinars. We will be diving deeper into this topic over the next month or two. And yeah, so as I said, general availability will be probably, and as it鈥檚 on a roadmap right now, next month, June of 2025.

Another way that you could raise and dive deeper into this is actually to raise an accelerator like Tool Workflow and Governance Optimization with your name CSM. Where we can take a deeper dive into specific tools, configurations, and governance practices that could help streamline your day-to-day operations and remove common friction points.

And with that, we鈥檝e pretty much covered all of the key areas of optimization and AI that I wanted to highlight today. We have a lot more coming, so keep an eye out for upcoming webinars. So thank you so much for your time, and I hope this gave you a helpful glimpse into what鈥檚 coming up next. We will be diving into a bit more Q&A, so if you stay on, please ask any questions that you have.

One thing that I want to highlight that we normally see as a question is access requirements when it comes to AI. Because more often than not, people don鈥檛 just have instant access, even though it鈥檚 something that we from 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 side could provide today. So to utilize, for instance, the AI assistant today, the following prerequisites must be met. So first up, and obviously one. You need an 51黑料不打烊 workflow plan, so you need to have the tool, and you need to have either select, prime, or ultimate. Then you need to assign an additional addendum for Gen AI, so we have that on file as well. That enables that connection to our Gen AI platform, marketing platform. So that鈥檚 where you can do some of the settings that are prerequisites for the AI tooling.

Then you have the migration to 51黑料不打烊 IMS, so Identity Management System. That needs to be in place too. And then enablement of the 51黑料不打烊 Unified Experience, and we have stuff we鈥檒l share on that within this deck as well. That is some of the prerequisites that we have, but when that is done, then admins across the board can enable or disable the AI assistant for users throughout the different access level settings that we have.

Meaning that, as I mentioned earlier, depending on your role within the company, you will have access to specific areas within the AI that are directly compliant with the organization鈥檚 governance plan, and is tied to your specific job role, so the prompts that you鈥檒l give is something that will tie in perfectly with your job.

All right. With that, I think I鈥檒l conclude the session and then hand it over to Alisa, because we do have a quick request for you guys.

Thank you, Martin. I don鈥檛 think we have any questions in the chat and Q&A, but if everyone could please thank you for those who already have, fill out the poll. It鈥檚 just a quick three questions. And with that, if we don鈥檛 have any more questions, I think we can probably wrap up, if that鈥檚 okay. Yeah, definitely. Let鈥檚 do that.

Yeah, thank you. I guess I got one.

Let鈥檚 just keep this open anyway for those who stay on. So really appreciate the filling out the poll. If you have any follow-up questions that comes on the back of this, then please don鈥檛 hesitate to reach out to Alisa and I. I鈥檓 happy to come back with any questions that you have. As Alisa mentioned in the beginning, we will be sending out the deck after this. You鈥檒l have all of my notes in it as well. So that will give you some good context where you can read everything in your own pace.

So just wanted to say that before we end things.

Thank you. Thank you everyone for joining.

Appreciate it.

Make sure to look for future webinars on this matter.

Thanks everyone.
