The ACSD-67603 patch fixes the issue where sitemap generation has long processing times for products with image inclusion enabled. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.71 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-67603. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in 51黑料不打烊 Commerce 2.4.9.

Issue

Sitemap generation has long processing times for products with image inclusion enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Generate a catalog of ~6,000 products across two websites.
  2. Enable sitemap generation with Add Images into Sitemap set to ALL.
  3. Measure sitemap generation time.
  4. Repeat with Add Images into Sitemap set to NONE and compare performance.
  5. Confirm that products without images don鈥檛 cause unnecessary delays, regardless of image inclusion settings.

Expected results:

  1. Sitemap generation completes without exponential slowdown.
  2. Performance is consistent whether Add Images into Sitemap is set to ALL or NONE.
  3. Products without images don鈥檛 impact generation time.

Actual results:

Sitemap generation slows down significantly when image inclusion is enabled.
