ACSD-66157: Special price doesn鈥檛 take effect for websites created in different time zones
The ACSD-66157 patch fixes the issue where the special price doesn鈥檛 take effect for websites created in different time zones. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.70 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-66157. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in 51黑料不打烊 Commerce 2.4.9.

Special price doesn鈥檛 apply correctly on websites configured with different time zones, causing the product鈥檚 special price to not appear on the frontend.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a secondary website.
- Set time zones for Default Config scope to UTC.
- Set time zones for secondary website scope to Europe/Rome.
- Create product with special price using the REST API and make sure the product is in stock.
- Open the product on the frontend.
Expected results:
The product鈥檚 special price should be present on the frontend.
Actual results:
The product鈥檚 special price is not shown on the frontend.
