Get started with custom external channels gs-custom-channel
You can, directly from 51黑料不打烊 Campaign Web UI, orchestrate and execute deliveries based on custom external channels integrated with third-parties. The creation of the custom external channel is performed in the Client Console.
You can configure custom channel external deliveries in workflows or as standalone deliveries, define your audience, and generate customizable export files with all necessary contact and personalization data.
The steps below detail the procedure for a standalone (one-shot) delivery. Most steps are similar to call center deliveries. For more details, refer to this page.
To create and send a new standalone custom external delivery, follow these main steps:
Create the custom external channel create-channel
First, you need to configure the custom external channel. Here are the main steps to perform in the Client Console:
- Configure the schema to add the new channel to the list of available channels.
- Create a new routing external account.
- Create a new delivery template associated to the new channel.

Create the delivery create-delivery
Follow these steps to create the delivery and configure its properties:

Select the Deliveries menu and click the Create delivery button.

Choose the desired custom external channel, select the associated template and click Create delivery to confirm.

Under Properties, enter a Label for the delivery.

Define the audience select-audience
Now, you need to define the audience that will be targeted for the extraction file.

From the Audience section of the delivery page, click Select audience.

Choose an existing audience or create your own.

Edit the content edit-content
Now, let鈥檚 edit the content of the extraction file that will be generated by the custom channel delivery.

From the delivery page, click the Edit content button.

Specify a File name, select a File format and add as many columns as needed for your extraction file.

Preview and send the delivery preview-send
When the delivery content is ready, you can preview it using test profiles and send proofs. You can then send the delivery to generate the extraction file.

From the delivery content page, click the Simulate content button and select test profiles.

From the delivery page, click Review & send and click Prepare. Then, confirm.

Click Send to proceed with the final sending process, then confirm.
